Biography
When Phila Van Wormer was born in 1810 in New York, New York, her father, Charles Van Wormer, was 24 and her mother, Elizabeth Sherwood, was 23. On September 7, 1830, she married George Washington Lind, in Dearborn County, Indiana. Phila died in April 1849 in Jonesville, Indiana, at the age of 39.
